JOIN US for a Mt. Airy culinary tradition celebrating 10 years!! Share a cocktail with your neighbors, then grab a map revealing the location of your dinner. Your hosts donate the food and drinks, the chefs their creativity and labor, and the proceeds all go directly to West Mt. Airy Neighbors.
It doesn’t get any better— or more delicious—than that.

Read the menu descriptions below and pick your favorite themes (for example, American Fare, Asian & Exotic Flavors, Italian and French Cuisine).
Scroll down and click the appropriate button for how many tickets you need. You will then be taken to the PayPal website. Here you will enter your theme choices, any dietary restrictions, guest names and credit card information.
You will then receive an email confirmation with the details of the cocktail party and your dinner choices. Ticket prices are $110 per person.
Into the Woods
Hosts Debbie and Mitchell Schwartzman welcome you into their home for an evening of woodland-inspired cuisine prepared by chefs Alisa Consorto and Andrew Gerulsky. Diners will feast on courses including risotto with local mushrooms, pan seared quail, traditional artichoke barigoule, lamb tenderloin and cherry clafoutis with brandied cherry and ice cream.
Spring in Mt. Airy
Spring helps awaken the flavors of our local fare, as showcased at this dinner prepared by chef Dianne Dillman and held at the home of returning hosts Julie and Craig Corelli. Guests will enjoy a fresh green pea and leek soup with seared scallops, followed by a walnut, fig and goat cheese salad. The main course will feature pistachio masala lamb chops, topped off with individual tarts with rhubarb streusel with caramel sauce.
Local Farm to Table
Hosts Gene Bishop and Andrew Stone welcome chef Nathan Winkler-Rhoades for a “from the ground up” feast. The menu will feature local spring produce including green garlic, asparagus, peas, young lettuces, rhubarb, as well as hand stretched cheeses and pastas. The main course will be fish, but the fare is definitely vegetarian-friendly. Every effort will be made to source all ingredients from local farms.
Chef Jim Steiker and hosts Lindsay Weightman and Hani Zaki offer guests a potpourri of home-smoked fish and meat, including smoked salmon on bagel chips with creme fraiche and chives, smoked trout, arugula and fennel salad, smoked short ribs in hoisin, ginger and garlic sauce, and smoked rib steaks, accompanied by seasonal vegetables. The evening will be topped off with a selection of assorted homemade dessert sorbets.
New Orleans Creole Cuisine
Experience the Southern charm of a New Orleans inspired dinner prepared by chef Christopher Abbott and hosted by Sarah Ricks and Tom Dolgenos. Guests will enjoy Louisiana chicken and shrimp gumbo, spicy shrimp and grits and Louisiana crab cakes with corn relish. A decadent dessert worthy of New Orleans’ rich gourmet tradition caps off the evening.
ASIAN & EXOTIC FLAVORS
The Global Spice Kitchen
Returning hosts Robin and Carleton Tolbert offer an international expedition of the palette. They are collaborating with returning chef and Sommelier Tony Lawrence. The meal will feature small plates and desserts from around the globe, paired with hand-selected wines. Guests will enjoy savory meats, fresh seafood and seasonal vegetables during an intimate, candle-lit, evening.
Journey to Southeast Asia
Chef Brian Ames and hosts Sarah and Frank Aloise promise to warm your heart with the spices of Thailand infused into the seafood delights of all cultures – from a starter of ceviche and Thai grilled shrimp and a Columbian pasole and finally a green fish curry. The delectable meal will conclude with Vietnamese Royal Pudding and special sweet treats. These spicy treats are sure to please those ready to venture into the hot tropics of Thailand. Pescatarian-friendly.
A Mediterranean Mélange
Chef Noel Eisenstat brings Spanish and Italian cuisine together for this Mediterranean feast at the home of Lindsay and Andy Rachlin. Beginning with an eclectic charcuterie board of meats, cheeses, nuts and other delectables, the menu continues with Salmorejo, a cold Spanish tomato soup. Guests will dine on fresh pasta with carbonara sauce and Spanish grilled chicken with romesco sauce and grilled onions. The meal finishes with an assortment of Mediterranean-inspired desserts. Please note that a vegetarian option will be available, as well.
ITALIAN & FRENCH CUISINE
The Italian Feast
Let chef Stephane Rowley lead you through five amazing courses of Italian cuisine including fresh, handmade ravioli, clams and chorizo over polenta and chateaubriand with white beans, among other dishes. You will toast the evening with hosts Mary Suchenski Kraemer and Wyck Kraemer, enjoying Italian wines that pair beautifully with the menu.
Tour de France
Chef Kimberly Fonville takes us on a stunning culinary tour of France, while at the home of hosts Lydia Ogden and Jim Buehler. Guests will enjoy baked scallops with a cream white wine sauce, roasted duck, shrimp bisque, coquilles St. Jacques, a traditional ratatouille, a sampling of bread and regional French cheeses and an apple pear tart with vanilla lavender whipped cream, among other fine French fare. Bon appetit.
Notte in Italia
Join past EYHO collaborators chef Peter Slavin and hosts Jessica Meeker and Christopher Plant as they take you on a gastronomic trip to Italy. This multi-course meal will charm you with a scallop and tuna crudo seasoned with black salted watermelon and pickled lemon and continue with a shrimp and mussel stew in a saffron tomato broth. Further courses include cured meats and sweet melons as well as porchetta accompanied by polenta and grated red peppers. This grand meal will be finished with cannoli and berries with a caramel balsamic sauce.
La Cena: Spanish Dinner Delight
Enjoy four courses and an amuse bouche expertly prepared by chef William Johnson. Guests will join hosts Megan Traversari and Neil Oxford for a selection of flatbreads, a vegetable tapas board, seared scallops or braised pork tenderloin, finished off with coconut flan with grilled pineapples and pineapple crisps.
Journey to Spain: Tapas Table
Chef Alexandra Fries serves up a Spanish tapas tasting featuring aged Manchego Montadito, mussles with smoked olive escabech, jambon Serrano and albondigas (Spanish meatball with piperade and Manchego), all finished off with a Spanish flan for dessert. Hosts Patricia Bailey and Richard Murray will enjoy dinner and pairings of red and white sangria and beer with their guests.
The Basque Table
Celebrating the rich culinary history of the Basque Country, this meal prepared by chef Onna Hepner will artfully combine traditional French and Spanish ingredients and cooking techniques. Guests at the home of Rita Shaughnessy and Rick Josiassen will start with a selection of pintxos (or small snacks), enjoy Tortilla Espanola and Cod Basquaise en Papillote and finish with a wonderful Gâteau Basque.
