Mt. Airy Learning Tree
Now in its 26th year, MALT offers over 200 primarily adult classes in fall, winter and spring terms, ranging from forms of Chinese exercise, astrology, chair caning, knitting, cooking, computers, debt-free living, scullling, and many more.
Adult learning for fun in non-traditional settings.
Classes held in more than 50 locations throughout Northwest Philadelphia including community centers, churches, schools and instructor's homes.
Draws 5,000 students from Mt. Airy, Chestnut Hill, Germantown, Northeast Philadelphia, Bala Cynwyd, Erdenheim, Flourtown, Oreland, Glenside, Elkins Park,and beyond each year.
