Throughout the year, West Mt. Airy Neighbors holds several signature events.
Eat Your Heart Out!
Eat Your Heart Out! is WMAN's signature fund raising event. Now in its sixth year, Eat Your Heart Out! occurred on Saturday, April 9, 2011.
The evening began with cocktails and hors-d'oeuvres at the home of Randi and Bill Marrazzo. Guests then spread out to enjoy delicious dinners in one of 15 private homes located in West Mt. Airy. Dinners were prepared by some of Philadelphia’s most talented restaurateurs, caterers, private chefs, and home chefs. Eat Your Heart Out! has proven to be a very popular event, and sells out quickly.
Eat Your Heart Out! supports West Mt. Airy Neighbors’ core programs which work to improve the quality of life for residents of this renowned, racially integrated community.

Mt. Airy Day
Each May, West Mt. Airy Neighbors, in partnership with East Mt. Airy Neighbors presents the annual Mt. Airy Day. This year the event was held on May 7, 2011 from 11 a.m.-5 p.m. Mt. Airy Day features live entertainment, activities for kids, delicious food options and shopping. For more info, visit www.mtairyday.org.

Tree Planting
Each spring and fall, the WMAN Streetscapes Committee, with the help of dedicated volunteers, plant trees throughout West Mt. Airy. Since November 2007, over 200 trees have been planted.
